1. Purpose

These terms define the conditions and procedures for using the QR code scanning and generation features provided by QR Scanner & Maker ("the Service"), and the rights and obligations of users and the operator.

2. Service description

The Service is provided free of charge with no sign-up.

A scanning feature that analyzes QR codes in your browser from an image or camera and shows the link/text.
A creation feature that generates QR codes for URL, text, WiFi, email, phone, and SMS and lets you download them as images.

3. User responsibilities

Users must create and use QR codes only for content they are authorized to use.
Users must not use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe others' rights.
When opening a scanned QR link, users must verify themselves whether the source is trustworthy.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as-is." The operator does not warrant the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of scan/generation results, and is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from use of the Service or from accessing scanned external links.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service's design, logo, and code belong to the operator. QR code images you generate with the Service may be used freely by you.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party ads (such as Google AdSense) to sustain operations. Information collected through ads follows the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as needed, and the revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
